Returns Policy – Cannabis Bakehouse
Thank you for shopping with Cannabis Bakehouse. We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our products and service. Below you will find our Returns Policy, which applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. General Returns Policy
a. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after receipt to revoke, without giving any reason – this applies to non-perishable products.
b. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
c. Custom-made products or specially personalized items are excluded from returns.
d. In case of a correct return, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned products back. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Some of our products fall under legal exceptions and may not be returned, unless damaged or defective upon receipt:
a. Perishable products or products with a limited shelf life – such as brownies, muffins and magic truffles – are excluded from the right of withdrawal (in accordance with article 6:230p sub f BW).
b. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage upon receipt.
3. Return procedure
a. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via support@cannabisbakehouse.com. Please state your order number, the product and the reason for return.
b. You will receive further instructions from us for the return.
c. Pack the product securely and safely to prevent damage during transportation.
d. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
4. Refund
a. After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount of the items in question within 14 days.
b. The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
