What is Brahmi?
Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri), also called small fat leaf, is a marsh plant that likes humid environments. It is a perennial herbaceous plant of the plantain family and is native to South Asia.
Brahmi has been a true favorite of Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Brahmi therefore means 'consciousness and wisdom' and is also called 'brain nectar'. The herb is popular with students, among others. You can find Brahmi more and more in dietary supplements these days.
Bacosides
Especially the bacosides in Bacopa Monnieri are responsible for the properties of this herb. Mattisson Brahmi tablets contain 50% bacosides.

Dosage and use
2 tablets twice a day. Dosage for children: between 2 – 10 kg 20 tablet per day, 1 – 20 kg 30 tablets per day, from 3 kg full dose. A nutritional supplement is no substitute for a varied diet.
