Mattisson Ashwagandha capsules

These capsules contain 5% withalanoids. These are the main active ingredients of Ashwagandha. This is an 8:1 extract, which means that to make 1 gram of Ashwagandha extract, 8 grams of pure Ashwagandha powder is used.

Adaptogenic

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen. Adaptogens are herbs and other substances that help to restore the (hormone) balance in the body and thus strengthen physical and mental resilience. Adaptogens get their name from the Latin 'adaptare', which means to adapt. That's exactly what these herbs support us in: they help your body adapt to certain stressors. Adaptogens are not yet very well known in Western medicine, while these healing herbs have been used for centuries in Eastern cultures.

Use and store

2x daily 1-2 tablets during or after meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Take tablets with water. Keep cool, dry and closed. Keep out of reach of children. A nutritional supplement is no substitute for a varied diet.
