How do you use CDB oil?
The 5% oil comes in a handy bottle with pipette. The bottles with 10 ml content are good for about 200 doses. You can take as much and as often as you like, although we recommend sticking to 3 to 4 drops 3 times a day.
Shake well before use. You can drip the oil under your tongue using the pipette. After 90 seconds, the oil will have been absorbed into your body. Try not to swallow during that time. Keep the bottle in a cool and dark place away from sunlight. Once the bottle has been opened, it should be kept in the refrigerator.
